Our warranty covers hardware and/or fabric defects on items purchased through authorized Mia + Sophia retailers. We have gone to great measures to design and create high quality products to fulfill the need of both style and functionality.
Please note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal, proper use of product, nor does it cover accidents, spills or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations. All items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller or from one of our giveaways are also not covered under our warranty.

We currently accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal.
Free shipping is only available to United States residents at this time. US orders are estimated to arrive between 3-7 business days. International orders are estimated to arrive between 10-30 business days. International shipping delivery dates are currently extended due to international COVID-19 and customs restrictions.

We accept returns on items in their original condition. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If an item is returned without the original packaging a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund for your returned item is refunded minus the cost of shipping.
Returns can take up to 5 business days to process once they have been received at our warehouse.
