We accept returns on items in their original condition. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If an item is returned without the original packaging a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund for your returned item is refunded minus the cost of shipping.
Returns can take up to 5 business days to process once they have been received at our warehouse.

US orders are estimated to arrive between 3-7 business days. International shipping is based on the shipping rate you select during checkout and ranges from 5-20 business days. Very chic high quality diaper bag. Feels nice to the touch. Love the clips for the stroller and pass through for luggage. The opening on top does not seem overly large but when unclipped you can see into the whole bag. I am looking forward to using this for my baby & me.

This bag was bigger than I expected, which was okay. But the SMELL of it. GOOD LORD. I sent it back days ago and my house STILL reeks of it. It was absolutely horrendous, smelled worse than formaldehyde.
