We accept returns on items in their original condition. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival, with all tags and original packaging included. If an item is returned without the original packaging a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refund for your returned item is refunded minus the cost of shipping.
Returns can take up to 5 business days to process once they have been received at our warehouse.

Loveeeeee it. So disclaimer I am not using it as a diaper bag. I am using it as a work bag because I like a lot of compartments for organising. The bag is stylish and great quality. And I love that there are so many ways to carry it… shoulder strap or on my back if it’s heavy. I recommend it 100%

A lot of loose strands.
I wanted to give this bag five stars but honestly I’ve seen a lot of strands that have come undone especially around the back area where the straps go. And also parts of the black lining on the edges have started to come off I am not sure if this is just normal wear and tear but it seems a little early for that to start happening.
